Grounds Rental
Indian Creek Winery is known for its summertime lavish gardens, tucked-away location, full grown trees that provide necessary shade for the summer heat and dramatic evening sunsets. Getting married? Hosting a function or business dinner? Our outdoor facility is available for a variety of events from June through October.
2011/2012 Prices:
Up to 100 people: $900
Up to 200 people $1,000
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, which is non-refundable, reserves your date. The total balance is due before your event.
Rental Fee includes
- Use of our grounds, including rehearsal
- 11 tables 3′x6′ and 3 wood picnic tables
- 70 chairs (plastic lawn chairs, green and white)
- 2 canopy tents 10′x18′, 1 pop-up 10′ x 10′ tent
- Inside catering area with stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink and counter space
- Power outlets
You are required to purchase a minimum of 2 cases of wine with a 15% discount. We do not provide cups, glasses or server. For custom imprinted wine glasses please inquire.
Hours are restricted to daylight hours only. Dance floors burn the lawn on warm days, therefore, must be installed and removed on the day of the event.
Rehearsals: Your contract includes a rehearsal but let us know the time at least 1 month before the wedding. We lock the winery up at 5 pm so if you have anything to drop off in the winery, it must be done by 5pm.
Setup and clean up is your responsibility – this includes canopy tents. Trash bags must be pulled, closed and placed in our dumpster. Tables, chairs and tents must be stacked on the concrete pad by the parking lot. Cleanup is to be done the evening of the event by dark. Failure to do so will result in a $300 cleaning fine.
