Chef Dustan Bristol Semifinalist for Beard Award

By now most everyone has heard of Brick 29 in Nampa. They have some of the best food in the valley, are very big local supporters and are the reason for my recent (almost daily) bacon cravings. Not only that but Tammy and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner there, so it is kind of special to us in that sense as well. Just recently Chef Dustan Bristol became the only chef from Idaho to become a semifinalist for the prestigious James Beard Award as the Best Chef in the Northwest. Congrats Dustan! Might have to come in soon for the amazing Lamb Shank…and maybe a little bacon to.
