our whacky bottling CREW!!!

So if you’ve been out to the winery, you know that we’ve got some FLAVA! We like to have FUN here, and since we are small and family-owned, we are so lucky to be surrounded by friends and family who we like to think care about the health of the winery and its future. Today we bottled our 2008 Chardonnay which is absolutely fantastic – I don’t normally LOVE chardonnay but this one is super smooth, fragrant, no bitter finish, I’m in love with it right now and just had it with Mike’s Chicken Kelaguen dish that he learned from Chef Rick Valenzuela aka. Rick’s Press Room in Meridian at the latest wine dinner w/Indian Creek wines. We also put a dent in bottling our Dahlia Series and finished bottling the Williamson Vineyard 2008 Viognier. We are super excited for the limited production Dahlia Series spring release in TWO WEEKS! April 17- 19th to be exact. Better not miss it….these wines will sell out fast.

Anyways, that is all besides the point… check out today’s bottling crew…soon to be trying out for the 2010 season of America’s Next Top Bottling Competition…too much coffee? These guys are great…and it’s just too bad I had to be the one behind the camera shooting the photos- oh darn! Enjoy!

Glenn Lacey…Mr. Firefighter who has the most energy and it carries thru to his kids, one of which played his very first soccer game today and scored TWO goals! Good job Zander!
